SAVE THE DATE for the 2020 CFSC Field Tour — the weekend of June 20th, 2020
The trip planning has begun – we’ll visit late-Pleistocene lake shore soils around Lake Almanor, and incipient meadow soil formation, enhancement, and carbon sequestration strategies in the Lassen area near Child’s Meadow. Other potential themes include post-fire salvage and other management strategies in a changing climate. Hope to see you all there!
